A Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Sheet Metal specialist, who has successfully developed many industrial solutions – bespoke and complex – utilising technologies from multiple global suppliers. He has also worked in business development roles in other reputable organisations including Milmeq most recently.

Tim is also skilled in Design Thinking and Innovation tools. He uses these to help manufacturers optimise their sheet metal fabrication systems and effectively utilise Industry 4.0 technologies.

Over 20 Years’ experience in Customer Service working across industries such as Insurance, Transport and Wholesale Industries.

Responsible for Preventative Maintenance Agreements and the day to day running of our QLD office.

• Eight years of teaching and research experience specialising in Machine Tools, Manufacturing Technology and Management Services.
• Five years of consultancy experience.
• 16 years of experience in supporting the TRUMPF, Makino, Nakamura-Tome, Toshiba, OMAX and Hanel products.
• Specialist in project management, logistics and supply chain management.

With over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing, Nigel is now Business Development Manager for Headland’s Advanced Manufacturing Division.

Nigel has a strong background in servicing all sectors of industry which stems from an applications and project management background. He is now responsible for Headlands advanced manufacturing division encompassing Additive, Deposition, Computed Tomography and inkjet technology.

Mosh has over 7 Years of experience in Service Delivery within freight and heavy machine industry. Recently moved to Purchasing and Customer quotations within the  Spare Parts division at Headland.

Responsible of purchasing of Spare Parts nationally and Customer Quotations in the Northern Region.

Kevin has 20+ years of experience in the Machine Tool Service Industry. He has impressive leadership and people skills. Managing client relationships, delivering continuous improvement, and meeting goals are his strengths. Defining business processes that delight customers is his passion.

Service Manager of the Southern Region, responsibilities include; Preventative Maintenance, the day-to-day management of the service technicians, the management of the customer service representatives and growing the service business.

Julian holds a Diploma in Business and has over 15 years experience in the CNC Machine Tool Industry managing Service teams and being hands-on in the field.

An Additive Manufacturing specialist, having worked in multiple industries and multiple geographies (including Australia, UAE and The Netherlands) for organisations such as Philips and Freedom of Creation.

Julian is passionate about understanding the needs of clients and delivering an excellent client experience. He is also keen to learn about the ways that technology can be applied to enhance a client’s own business performance and improve quality of life in general.

Frederik has extensive manufacturing industry experience having worked across China, Singapore and Germany. Qualified with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the Uni Applied Science for Economy and Management (Munich), Frederik has a notable passion for innovation and technology.

Emily has a wealth of logistics, customer service, and sales experience.

Her skills and experience are a valued addition to the Headland service division.

Brett’s expertise is in customer service, sales, and parts interpreting. His focus is on always achieving the best outcome for customers. Communication is the key to success.

Brett is keen to take on challenges, with a drive to improve team culture and processes. He also has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, fitting and turning, and CNC operating.
