TRUMPF’s TruLaser Weld 1000 Offers Automated Laser Welding for Small Sheet Metal Fabricators

The TruLaser Weld 1000 is a new entry level machine for automated laser welding. For the first time, Smaller sheet metal fabricators can now enjoy automated laser welding.

The TruLaser Weld 1000 is the perfect first machine to take your business from manual welding processes into the world of automation. It is an ideal machine for manufacturers of electrical cabinets, metal boxes and covers.

Simple to program:

You don’t need robot programming knowledge to hit the ground running. The simple operation of the TRUMPF TruLaser Weld 1000 makes programming quick and easy.

Compact format:

The machines compact dimensions fit most small manufacturing facilities and can be installed and commissioned in the same day. They can also be repositioned quickly and easily.

Efficiency is key:

The TRUMPF TruLaser Weld 1000 allows for double the work area at a touch of a button. A flexible and adjustable partition can divide the work area into two sections. Whilst the robot is welding a part on one side, the operator can load and unload the material on the other.  Saving time and boosting productivity.

Welding thinner sheets without distortion:

A 3kW solid-state laser rapidly penetrates the sheet, making it easier to weld thinner sheets of up to 4 millimetres without distortion. You can cut costs and save time as no post-processing is required.
