This software is dedicated to programming and simulation of Nakamura Tome CNC lathes and multitasking centres. Writing CNC programs on the machine controller can take up valuable machining time. By using NT Multitasking office, CNC machinists can write programs at their desk.
Benefits of Nakamura-tome Multitasking Office
It enables offline programming, which helps reduce cycle time, programming time and tooling cost. It also eliminates costly mistakes as the program is verified before it runs on the machine and checked against gouges and possible crashes. If you choose to not use the existing Nakamura-Tome Multitasking Office and develop a post processor, the process can be long. It will take time to get the program correct which can cost far more than the software itself. It can also mean loss of production time. Nakamura-Tome multitasking office programs are written in native Fanuc format, all data including NC program, sub-programs, jigs and fixtures, tool and work offsets are directly transferable to and from the Nakamura-Tome machines for easy and fast integration.
CIMCO Edit provides all the essential tools required for modern CNC program editing including drag-and-drop text editing, CNC code specific options and math functions. In addition, CIMCO Edit includes side-by-side file compare, mill/turn backplotter, NC code assistant and offers powerful add-ons for machine simulation, document management, 2D CAD/CAM, and more.
