Headland Machinery is pleased to announce that Kylie Cane has been appointed as new General Manager of Service & Operations. Inline with Headland’s value to foster strong long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer service nationally, Kylie will bring a wealth of service experience to the role.
Kylie started her career in Finance before moving into a Service focused role, and now has a wealth of experience spanning 20 years in Service and Operations. Kylie’s extensive portfolio of roles includes National Service Manager ANZ for CPI Group, National CE Service Operations Manager at Samsung Australia and Service & Operations Manager at Tabcorp. Kylie’s management skills are accompanied by her methodical approach, which is reflected in both her local and global track record.
So, what can we expect from Kylie at Headland?
Our new General Manager of Service & Operations, Kylie brings an innovative approach to strong customer service and delivery, and seeks to ensure that operational processes and procedures are aligned with Headland’s business strategy.

Originally from Sydney, Kylie enjoys leading an active lifestyle. In her spare time, she regularly goes camping with her family and is actively involved in netball, where she has coached at representative level for the past 20 years.
