X-ray inspection is a necessary requirement to meet modern day production standards. For many companies in cost-sensitive markets the investment into a cabinet or inspection services is a major cost factor. VisiConsult developed the XRH111 ECO as a budget system that still offers cutting edge image enhancement. The basic idea is to have a cabinet without unnecessary comfort features to reduce investment costs without setbacks at the image quality.
The XRH111 ECO is an X-ray cabinet to test all kinds of parts up to a diameter of 400mm and a height of 600mm (not exceeding 25kg). Depending on the job requirements the system is available with 160kV, 225kV and even micro-focus. The cabinet has a footprint of 1650 mm x 1450 mm x 2300 mm and ensures absolute safety, no X-ray leakage, fulfilment of all standards and an ergonomic operator position. Extra comfort items, such as pneumatic door openers, can be added if required.
