1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Conditions of Entry. Entry is open to all those that subscribe to Industry Exchange from 01 March through to 01 May 2010.
2.Competition commences 01 March 2010 and closes 01 May 2010 at 5 pm. The winner will be drawn (random draw) by the judges at the promoter's premises on 02 May 2010 at 10.30 am.
4. Total prize maximum value is AUD$500.
5. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. Headland's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. All entries become the property of the promoter. Promoter reserves the right to publish entries.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop-out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter that corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter [subject to any written directions given under the Lottery And Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA)] reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
10. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered in connection with any prize. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
